These terms and conditions govern the rules for using the site and purchasing digital products — PDF crochet master classes. By purchasing a product, the user confirms their agreement with these terms.

Product Nature:

All products on the site are digital downloads.

  • Format — PDF, access is provided automatically after successful payment
  • Physical delivery is not carried out

Return Policy:

Since the product is digital and is provided immediately after payment, return or cancellation of the order is not possible.

According to the legislation of Ukraine, the EU and the USA, digital content that has already been provided is not subject to return (see Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Digital Content Directive 2019/770).

By purchasing a product, you agree to the immediate provision of the service and lose the right to cancel/return, even if you are in the EU.

Exceptions (in exceptional cases)

Returns or replacements are only possible in the case of a confirmed technical malfunction of the file, for example:

  • The file does not open at all
  • The file is damaged (incomplete, empty)
  • The actual content clearly does not match the description

In other cases (for example, “did not fit”, “did not understand”, “expected something else”), no refunds will be made. Each request is considered individually, only if there are supporting materials (screenshots, description of the problem).

  • Copying, distribution, transfer to third parties, commercial use or publication without written permission is prohibited
  • In case of copyright infringement, access may be restricted, and violations may be referred to a legal authority

We do not guarantee that the product meets your level of knowledge, expectations or skills. Responsibility for correct use, selection of tools and understanding of the instructions lies entirely with the buyer.
