Return and Delivery Policy for Digital Products
This policy governs the terms of return and delivery of digital products purchased on our website. The products are electronic files in PDF format containing author’s masterclasses on crocheting toys.

Nature of the Product
All products on the site are digital and are delivered electronically – in PDF format, access to which is provided immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out via an electronic link (on the site or by email). Physical delivery is not provided.
Return Policy
In accordance with international and national practice, digital content that has already been provided cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the cases described below.
Returns are possible only in the event of a technical malfunction of the file (for example, the file does not open, some information is missing) or inconsistency with the stated description. The fact of inconsistency is subject to verification by the site administrator.
Return requests for reasons such as “didn’t like it”, “expected something else”, “didn’t understand the instructions” are not considered grounds for return.

If defects are discovered, the following rights are provided: elimination of defects, price reduction, or termination of the contract with refund. - USA
Federal law does not require sellers of digital goods to provide returns. Returns are only possible in case of technical failure or obvious non-compliance with the description. We publish this return policy in advance in accordance with the requirements of some states (e.g., California).
